Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antal Valentin kicked off to start the match. An unexpected shot in the 2nd minute by Matthis Paelemans got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Hegedus Henrik got a free kick in the 7th minute. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahmud Alp having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 13th minute of play forced ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s goalkeeper Mahmud Alp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chu Zhen Xun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Abubakar Kamarád could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Fodor Daniel however easily saved by the left post. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chu Zhen Xun in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chu Zhen Xun in the 27th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balazs Lajos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 32 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Takacs Tibor. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chu Zhen Xun in the 36th minute of the match. Mahmud Alp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. Hungary's Takacs Tibor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mahmud Alp in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 51st minute, Abubakar Kamarád made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Abubakar Kamarád struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.. After a rather tough play, ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s Simos Kozapalidis got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Mahmud Alp in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abubakar Kamarád, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C. could leave the field as winners, despite Hungary having more of the ball for most of the match.
