If Harry Kane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valleslona F.C. made a substitution. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Peletier to make the kick off. Valleslona F.C.'s Anderson Viana got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robert Chapuis's late challenge caught a Valleslona F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robert Chapuis helped the player get up and apologised. 56 minutes into the match, José Antonio Costa notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of France's Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59thth minute of the game José Antonio Costa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Antonio Costa in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valleslona F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Theo Hernández in the 75th minute. Quentin Beaux kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that José Antonio Costa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Durand was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. When Cacá Sim came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Valleslona F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cacá Sim couldn't finish the play. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. France's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
