The wind increased when Karsten Zentner made the kick off in the second half. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 50th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Germania München's Karsten Zentner. But to his dismay, Karsten Zentner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 55th minute, Karsten Zentner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 60th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bas Tuitert to maneuver through the defense. Lars Meesters's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard Mühsam read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kasper Rechkemmer in the 65th minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Richard Mühsam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Germania München's Bastian Schweinsteiger got a free kick in the 71st minute. Richard Mühsam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute of the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Richard Mühsam saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ludger Krug took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Mühsam having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Hector Pedroso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Richard Mühsam didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. Richard Mühsam made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. FC Germania München's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
