Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elliot Termander started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lars Blom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 7 minutes into the match, Elliot Termander dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Keld Paulsen, 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Elliot Termander could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Keld Paulsen however easily saved by the left post. Bertram Svenningsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Lars Blom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chris Nygaard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lars Blom having to make a save. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Chris Nygaard hit a great ball. Mikkel Wulff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Blom having to interfere. Lars Blom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. AFC Eskilstuna's Sigvard Mellbad managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bjarne Kirkegaard in the 34 minute of the game. Denmark's Keld Paulsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Denmark from getting a goal against them. Elliot Termander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 44 minutes, Elliot Termander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFC Eskilstuna and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to AFC Eskilstuna getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Elliot Termander hit a great ball. In the 47thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Eskilstuna's Lars Blom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lars Blom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertram Svenningsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Nygaard to make the kick off. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliot Termander in the 54th minute of play. Elliot Termander kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. With a little luck, AFC Eskilstuna's Lars Blom got control of the ball when Bertram Svenningsen tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Dan Njurenius came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the AFC Eskilstuna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dan Njurenius couldn't finish the play. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigvard Mellbad in the 66th minute of the match. When Bjarne Kirkegaard fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denmark's protests and gave Bjarne Kirkegaard a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Bjarne Kirkegaard. With a little luck, AFC Eskilstuna's Lars Blom got control of the ball when Chris Nygaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Denmark were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after AFC Eskilstuna's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chris Nygaard took the corner. The corner led to Denmark's Olav Graversen getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Theis Winther got a free kick in the 74th minute. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Nordgren in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 79th minute of play forced AFC Eskilstuna's goalkeeper Lars Blom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of AFC Eskilstuna booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenn Skou didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, AFC Eskilstuna's Dan Njurenius got a free kick in the 90th minute. Denmark's Chris Nygaard pulled a muscle in his leg after 92 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Ture Valler fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AFC Eskilstuna's protests and gave Ture Valler a yellow card for diving instead. Denmark's Flemming Bendixen was substituted for Chris Nygaard. A collision led to AFC Eskilstuna getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ture Valler hit a great ball. Denmark's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
