When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. When Jorge Francesco fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guansa's protests and gave Jorge Francesco a yellow card for diving instead. Jorge Francesco hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Alfonso Lauro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Alfonso Lauro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 10th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antal Valentin in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfonso Lauro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Terciero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aldo Cresconio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Fodor Daniel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 23 minutes into the match, Guansa's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Alfonso Lauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fidel Gaufred. After having played for 27 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfonso Lauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Hungary booed when Guansa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Gaufred didn't get a good kick on the ball. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Lauro having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Takacs Tibor in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfonso Lauro saved Guansa from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alfonso Lauro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The corner ended in Antal Valentin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Guansa's Alfonso Lauro did a great save. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Alfonso Lauro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Antal Valentins short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Alfonso Lauro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alfonso Lauro made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Balazs Lajos sent off a good shot on target. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Alfonso Lauro made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Antal Valentin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alfonso Lauro. That made the score 0-1 in the 64 minute of play. In the 69th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Lauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Guansa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Hegedus Henrik got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-2. 70 minutes into the match. Alfonso Lauro was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Hegedus Henrik capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hegedus Henrik really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Alfonso Lauro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 76th minute. With a little luck, Guansa's Alfonso Lauro got control of the ball when Balazs Lajos tried to sneak it across the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alfonso Lauro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 81st minute of play forced Guansa's goalkeeper Alfonso Lauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Guansa's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Lauro came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Balazs Lajos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Lauro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Hegedus Henrik took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Alfonso Lauro to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guansa.
