The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 9 minutes into the match, Mamutes EC's goal looked a bit too open when 李镇庭 came free, but Magno Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dave Panno got free with 宋辉星 in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute, Mamutes EC's Dave Panno dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dave Panno got free with 宋辉星 in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute, Mamutes EC's Dave Panno ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 宋辉星. 宋辉星 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 32 minutes into the game, 汪乐广 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Magno Correia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Dave Panno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 宋辉星 was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 40th minute Tolek Jarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adriano Contratas was the one to do the kick off. Dave Panno might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 宋辉星. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dave Panno ran back to his position shaking his head. 宋辉星 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Panno in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Freijo in the 57th minute of play forced Mamutes EC's goalkeeper Magno Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 宋辉星 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Panno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dave Panno in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 宋辉星 saved Leeds United from getting behind. When Dave Panno came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Mamutes EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dave Panno couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Dave Panno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 宋辉星 was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Aírton Freire scored 5-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 宋辉星, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mamutes EC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Leeds United for a fine match.
