B&B Jelenia Góra's Gilbert Kordalewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Nordkvist in the 30th minute of play. If Gert Nordkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gilbert Kordalewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gert Nordkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Matty Cash hit a great ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Iwan Grunwalski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iwan Grunwalski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, B&B Jelenia Góra's goalkeeper Gilbert Kordalewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Łukasz Cwynar. In the 46th minute, Gert Nordkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robin Fink to make the kick off. Gilbert Kordalewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Pryla, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The supporters of Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa booed when B&B Jelenia Góra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position.
