Quirze Acha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Barys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benoit Van Bettenrode took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quirze Acha. Quirze Acha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 16th minute Sebastian Larsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quirze Acha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Quirze Acha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 19 minutes, Benoit Van Bettenrode made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Team Figo's Quirze Acha tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 27 played minutes Team Figo got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Hermansson. Quirze Acha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benoit Van Bettenrode went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. A nice corner shot did that Ronny Felin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Radowit Trzaskoma quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Quirze Acha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 35th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Benoit Van Bettenrode's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Quirze Acha was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. 40 minutes into the match, FA Sandtown's Benoit Van Bettenrode sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Quirze Acha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Witomir Skikiewicz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Quirze Acha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Team Figo booed when FA Sandtown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kryspin Gibowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Radowit Trzaskoma acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 44th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ronny Felin. Ali Nejat Karasu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Radowit Trzaskoma made a huge save. The Team Figo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FA Sandtown were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benoit Van Bettenrode to strike the kick off in the second half. Radowit Trzaskoma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Nejat Karasu in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th minute Sebastian Larsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quirze Acha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, FA Sandtown's Benoit Van Bettenrode made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Quirze Acha was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Team Figo's zone, Mathias Jonasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quirze Acha came out of the goal and Mathias Jonasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Larsson in the 84th minute of play forced Team Figo's goalkeeper Quirze Acha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Team Figo defense, Mathias Jonasson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Quirze Acha. The Team Figo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quirze Acha should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Larsson got free with Quirze Acha in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Team Figo's zone, Mathias Jonasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quirze Acha came out of the goal and Mathias Jonasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FA Sandtown getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Sebastian Larsson hit a great ball. FA Sandtown's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
