Reklinek SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but I-Made 谢霆锋 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Reklinek SSA's goalkeeper Mariusz Dankowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 41st minute of play forced Reklinek SSA's goalkeeper Mariusz Dankowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belgium were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Reklinek SSA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edward Vanderstraeten took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Laurens Vandamme got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-3. 42 minutes into the match. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mariusz Dankowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edward Vanderstraeten stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The corner ended in Lech Blochowiak almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Belgium's Casper Claes did a great save. Siebe Michiels blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mariusz Dankowski having to make a save. With a little luck, Reklinek SSA's Mariusz Dankowski got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliusz Kalinowski in the 60th minute of play. Aureliusz Kalinowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Reklinek SSA's Mariusz Dankowski got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mariusz Dankowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Edward Vanderstraeten slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 83rd minute. After some careless play in the Reklinek SSA defense, Edward Vanderstraeten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariusz Dankowski. The Reklinek SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariusz Dankowski should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Witalis Tomaszewski in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. Witalis Tomaszewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Belgium's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
