Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Patxi in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Chute de Ouro FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Niculae Tătaru hit a great ball. Tor Echegoyen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tor Echegoyen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 16th minute of play. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Takacs Tibor to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Bakos Endre. After 23 played minutes Chute de Ouro FC got a freekick which was hit by Amador Patxi. After having played for 24 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hungary's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Eric Simion scored to the left of an out of position Fodor Daniel, making the score, 1-0. In the 31st minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor Echegoyen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Patxi in the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes Chute de Ouro FC got a freekick which was hit by Constantin Pãduret. After 37 played minutes Chute de Ouro FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Ribeiro. Tor Echegoyen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor Echegoyen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 42nd minute of play forced Chute de Ouro FC's goalkeeper Tor Echegoyen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Major Barna hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Patxi, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Simion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Hungary's Major Barna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Simion in the 70th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Chute de Ouro FC's goalkeeper Tor Echegoyen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Eric Simion's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Chute de Ouro FC's Eric Simion sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 80th minute Chute de Ouro FC were awarded a corner. Ivo Simões went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Constantin Pãduret got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fodor Daniel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Tor Echegoyen in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivo Simões in the 87th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chute de Ouro FC's Tor Echegoyen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Chute de Ouro FC from getting a goal against them. If Eric Simion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hungary players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
