When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Asensio Mendoza made a kick off. After some careless play in the Taltum FC defense, Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafael Ilardia. The Taltum FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Ilardia should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Netherlands could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Taltum FC throughout the match.
