Pane Boze might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pane Boze ran back to his position shaking his head. With 5 minutes on the clock, Caetano Moreira commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Portugal fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! Toninho Ribeiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilson Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Toninho Ribeiro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. Felipe Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ant Man in the 12th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Pane Boze's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilson Amorim was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. When JuSi Malacky's Pane Boze, in the 23rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for JuSi Malacky. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Ant Man tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

JuSi Malacky's Rafa Furman was substituted for Pane Boze. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafa Furman made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Ant Man stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Ant Man tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kaapo Velikiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. JuSi Malacky's Alan Shearer got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. JuSi Malacky made a substitution. Dušan Chmelík replaced Buba Huba. Kaapo Velikiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Rafa Furman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 77 minutes into the match, Felipe Barreto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kaapo Velikiy, 1-1. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Rafa Furman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafa Furman in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Rafa Furman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafa Furman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The throw-in from Dušan Chmelík in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Portugal's Daniel Pimentel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafa Furman in the 95th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th match minute, JuSi Malacky was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Bada to maneuver through the defense.
