Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked off to start the match. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dabi Vila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albano Unzueta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albano Unzueta. Albano Unzueta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Bas Tuitert got a free kick in the 10th minute. A nice corner shot did that Gijsbert ter Kruimer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Albano Unzueta quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 13th play minutes Lars Meesters shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Albano Unzueta and just under the crossbar into goal. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dabi Vila in the 24th minute of play. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo-Enrique Alabern in the 27th minute of play. Dabi Vila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. Wim Wilmes took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albano Unzueta. Albano Unzueta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After 36 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Gijsbert ter Kruimer. 46 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Albano Unzueta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Dabi Vila made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Los once leones Ourense getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Dabi Vila hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 59th minute of the match Los once leones Ourense got a corner. Netherlands's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Airas Silva ran over to the corner to take the kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edelmiro Calvo in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dabi Vila in the 66th minute of play. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Albano Unzueta came out and tried to block the shot, but Wim Wilmes slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 67th minute. Albano Unzueta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 74th minute of play forced Los once leones Ourense's goalkeeper Albano Unzueta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Los once leones Ourense's zone, Gijsbert ter Kruimer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albano Unzueta came out of the goal and Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Calvo in the 79th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Lars Meesters recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Albano Unzueta. Lars Meesters showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. After a rather tough play, Los once leones Ourense's Airas Silva got a free kick in the 86th minute. Arnout Reekers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pablo-Enrique Alabern went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Airas Silva in the 90th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Los once leones Ourense:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Netherlands:s goal. The Netherlands supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Netherlands would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
