A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Alan Rezek hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Cosmin Iancu came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Cosmin Iancu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vavrinec Holub narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, -BZF- Valea Buzăului was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Irinel Borăscu to maneuver through the defense. Cosmin Constantin hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Călin Popârcea kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Edgar Cosoreanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Cosoreanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 32 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgar Cosoreanu. Maxim Zdrăilă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Rezek in the 35th minute of play. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosmin Iancu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 minutes, Bohumir Kohout mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Czech Republic and the -BZF- Valea Buzăului players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ioan Tudora, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. If Denis Dostal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ioan Tudora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. Kvetoslav Janku kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Edgar Cosoreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Cosoreanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosmin Iancu in the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Dănuț Roman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vavrinec Holub was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Cosoreanu in the 89th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Czech Republic defense, Dănuț Roman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. Cosmin Iancu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the -BZF- Valea Buzăului players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
