Saturnino Domingues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After a rather tough play, Buldogi's Czeslaw Kasprzak got a free kick in the 4th minute. Mikolaj Maciejewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnout Reekers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Buldogi's Saturnino Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 21st minute of play. A hard shot 23 in the game by Mikolaj Maciejewski from a close distance when the talented Arnout Reekers managed to make a qualified save. Netherlands's players were relieved. In the 24th play minute Mikolaj Maciejewski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Arnout Reekers. 1-0. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Buldogi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mieszko Siekierski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zula Dytrych, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Buldogi's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Saturnino Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Buldogi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walery Puzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Buldogi's zone, Gijsbert ter Kruimer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saturnino Domingues came out of the goal and Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saturnino Domingues made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Wim Wilmes sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Wim Wilmes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Saturnino Domingues. That made the score 1-1 in the 63 minute of play. Emil Kapera hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Domingues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Netherlands's David Eikelkamp slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Saturnino Domingues. That made the score 2-2 after 81 minutes of play. A collision led to Buldogi getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Szczepan Ferfecki hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Mieszko Siekierski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saturnino Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 90th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Zula Dytrych notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Netherlands's Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
