Kärnan BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Maria Ramalho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Quebra Ossos FC's Clemente de Medeiros got a free kick in the 6th minute. The supporters of Quebra Ossos FC booed when Kärnan BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bror Nordlander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafa Vianna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Strömbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Ricoy came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Quebra Ossos FC's Valer Ichimescu. But to his dismay, Valer Ichimescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Kärnan BK's Leandro Ricoy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Kärnan BK from getting a goal against them. Valer Ichimescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Leandro Ricoy made a huge save. Clemente de Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Valer Ichimescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leandro Ricoy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. After 32 minutes of play, Quebra Ossos FC's Valer Ichimescu made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leandro Ricoy was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roger Strömbom hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Dorival Guedes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Leandro Ricoy made a huge save. In the 43rd minute, Ture Hellkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eddie Godholm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafa Vianna having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Quebra Ossos FC's Rafa Vianna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Quebra Ossos FC from getting a goal against them. 55 minutes into the match, Quebra Ossos FC's Valer Ichimescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leandro Ricoy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mario Fernandes was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 57 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of Quebra Ossos FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kärnan BK:s goal. Bengt Alegren placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Quebra Ossos FC's Valer Ichimescu got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valer Ichimescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leandro Ricoy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, Quebra Ossos FC's Rafa Vianna got control of the ball when Roger Strömbom tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leandro Ricoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valer Ichimescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 76 minutes, Valer Ichimescu made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Kärnan BK's Leandro Ricoy tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th minute Björn Lindqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafa Vianna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Meira during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Quebra Ossos FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Mário Moreira hit a great ball. After 97 played minutes, Kärnan BK's Bengt Alegren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rafa Vianna came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kärnan BK reached it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Quebra Ossos FC had won after a very even match.
