After having played for 7 minutes, Conrado Holz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Holz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Slawomir Wojciechowski in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santos Kiliz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th minute, Francis Dukaj hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Conrado Holz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, GUSESI's Teodosio Laurendi got a free kick in the 18th minute. If Conrado Holz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Laurendi came free, but Vanja Milenković reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led GUSESI's Humberto Iraitz to fire away a dangerous shot which Vanja Milenković despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Justino Astigar charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justino Astigar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Justino Astigar hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Santos Kiliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Holz in the 29th minute of the match. If Hugo Sánchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Elías Olsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santos Kiliz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Santos Kiliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slawomir Wojciechowski in the 40th minute of play. If Elías Olsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santos Kiliz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Slawomir Wojciechowski's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Conrado Holz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Santos Kiliz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 58 minutes into the game, when Elías Olsson put in a rough tackle. A collision led to GUSESI getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Tiburcio Cuartio hit a great ball. GUSESI's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Slawomir Wojciechowski 64 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Vanja Milenković showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Laurendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Vanja Milenković showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Laurendi in the 69th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeremias Raitin during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Slawomir Wojciechowski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Santos Kiliz 73 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's goalkeeper Vanja Milenković, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santos Kiliz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Slawomir Wojciechowski's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Santos Kiliz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 90th minute Slawomir Wojciechowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Kiliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Slawomir Wojciechowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than GUSESI.
