Napoleon Gondela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachariasz Imbor in the 9th minute of the match. After 13 minutes, Eugeniusz Kolbert made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Vanja Milenković tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vanja Milenković made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Kolbert in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dariusz Gacek was slow to take the kick. During this time MKS Maczka's players had a chance to rest. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Vanja Milenković played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Kolbert in the 41st minute of play. Vanja Milenković showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Kolbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Conrado Holz made a precise shot to the right of Napoleon Gondela. MKS Maczka's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The audience was convinced that Eugeniusz Kolbert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vanja Milenković was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugon Kornasiewicz got free with Napoleon Gondela in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. MKS Maczka were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A for a fine match.
