The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edward Scigan's late challenge caught a KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Xavier Goossens sped through KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vanja Milenković. In the 76th minute, Xavier Goossens made a precise shot to the right of Vanja Milenković. Vanja Milenković was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the match, Mathias-Alexander Jamieson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vanja Milenković.
