Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Christer Åkerström started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Benjamin Nygren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melker Ödman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paul Caniggia during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th minute, Paul Caniggia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, FC Nordsjælland's Andreas Gulstorff got control of the ball when Christer Åkerström tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Diniimanibelediyespor's Andreas Gulstorff threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Harry Olofsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conrad Harder in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melker Ödman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to FC Nordsjælland getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Eberhardt Sarbak hit a great ball. Melker Ödman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitar Berbatov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diniimanibelediyespor's Melker Ödman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrad Harder in the 18th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conrad Harder in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 22nd match minute, Diniimanibelediyespor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Bergfelt to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FC Nordsjælland booed when Diniimanibelediyespor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Olofsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Diniimanibelediyespor's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Nygren came free, but Melker Ödman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Gösta Dalgren dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Andreas Gulstorff, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conrad Harder to make the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match, Benjamin Nygren got a very nice opportunity to score, but Melker Ödman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jeppe Tverskov hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 61 played minutes FC Nordsjælland got a freekick which was hit by Eberhardt Sarbak. Andreas Gulstorff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Olofsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Christer Åkerström put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Andreas Gulstorff. When Jeppe Tverskov was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, FC Nordsjælland's Jeppe Tverskov got a free kick in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Nordsjælland's zone, Harry Olofsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Gulstorff came out of the goal and Harry Olofsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dimitar Berbatov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Melker Ödman made a huge save. After 86 played minutes Diniimanibelediyespor got a freekick which was hit by Alex Olofsson. Andreas Gulstorff didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gösta Dalgren went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 96 minutes into the match, FC Nordsjælland's goal looked a bit too open when Christer Åkerström came free, but Andreas Gulstorff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Nordsjælland players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Diniimanibelediyespor.
