Cohaerentia F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cleto Lauaxeta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Iago in the 10th minute of play forced Cohaerentia F.C.'s goalkeeper Sven-Åke Hedling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Åke Hedling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Arlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joakim Abrahamsson, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Sven-Åke Hedling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Iago in the 18th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Emilio Ruy took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Sven-Åke Hedling to make any attempt to save it. In the 26thth minute of the game Benigno Iago who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cohaerentia F.C.'s Sven-Åke Hedling was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Emilio Ruy dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sven-Åke Hedling, 3-0. In the 42nd minute, Cleto Lauaxeta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Åke Hedling was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Benigno Iago in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sven-Åke Hedling, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benigno Iago to make the kick off. After having played for 50 minutes, Edwin Dahlbom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cohaerentia F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Edwin Dahlbom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sven-Åke Hedling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Ruy, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Modesto Theodore made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edwin Dahlbom in the 61st minute. If Rune Gregersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Arvidsson hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Cleto Lauaxeta took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Åke Hedling. Sven-Åke Hedling dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 83 minutes into the match, Cohaerentia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Lauaxeta came free, but Sven-Åke Hedling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Åke Hedling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Ruy in the 86th minute of play. Modesto Theodore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
