In the 15th minute, João Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Khalid Kennedy was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If João Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Gökçek Kolçak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Khalid Kennedy. England's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gökçek Kolçak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 24th minute Issac Dawson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 卓竞银 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell João Seco to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 5-0 when João Seco sped through England's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Khalid Kennedy.
