Barrenta SC's Agustín Tastzian was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 13th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Patric Isaksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 19 minutes into the match, Major Barna notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Barrenta SC's Patric Isaksson. Patric Isaksson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luiz Paulo do Valle was slow to take the kick. During this time Barrenta SC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Agustín Tastzian almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel did a great save. Agustín Tastzian took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 28th match minute, Barrenta SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdemar Cabral to maneuver through the defense. Barrenta SC's Patric Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balazs Lajos in the 30th minute of play. After 30 minutes of play, Hungary's Balazs Lajos made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patric Isaksson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fellipe Lago, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Barrenta SC's Patric Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balazs Lajos in the 35th minute of play. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nariman Mansourian in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agustín Tastzian in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Di Marinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Di Marinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Patric Isaksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Barrenta SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe Lago in the 56th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Patric Isaksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Hungary booed when Barrenta SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdemar Cabral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustín Tastzian's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. The audience was convinced that Agustín Tastzian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Di Marinho in the 82nd minute of the match. Barrenta SC's Marcelinho Ramalho was substituted for Valdemar de Lima. After 86 minutes Barrenta SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. The referee showed Vörös Henrik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Vörös Henrik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Nariman Mansourian came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Barrenta SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nariman Mansourian couldn't finish the play. Hungary's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
