Santiago Vera started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Levi von Herren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santiago Vera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. Santiago Vera might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hias Nüssli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santiago Vera ran back to his position shaking his head. Santiago Vera succeeded in the game's 11th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Switzerland's zone, Santiago Vera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hias Nüssli came out of the goal and Santiago Vera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hias Nüssli made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Santiago Vera sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th minute, Santiago Vera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Santiago Vera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 【Red Empire】-Man Utd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Vera in the 29th minute of play forced Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hias Nüssli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santiago Vera's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Göran Öberg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hias Nüssli firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hias Nüssli made an important save on a dangerous shot by 温荣峰 in the 35th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the game, 【Red Empire】-Man Utd's Santiago Vera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hias Nüssli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. 8-0 became the score in the 56th minute when Santiago Vera elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Santiago Vera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hias Nüssli was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Hias Nüssli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Göran Öberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göran Öberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. After 81 played minutes 【Red Empire】-Man Utd got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Bauweleers. Göran Öberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Hias Nüssli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Öberg came free, but Hias Nüssli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute Santiago Vera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, 【Red Empire】-Man Utd's Göran Öberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hias Nüssli narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
