Legio X Eqvestris's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luis Navarro's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Ariel Gustau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Aimar in the 29th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Legio X Eqvestris's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Ariel Gustau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ariel Gustau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Navarro hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 43rd minute of play forced Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Ariel Gustau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Paradela in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Navarro in the 57th minute of the match. A hard shot 70 in the game by Major Barna from a close distance when the talented Ariel Gustau managed to make a qualified save. Legio X Eqvestris's players were relieved. In the 80th minute, Ricardo Cassagne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 81 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Takacs Tibor. 85 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Navarro came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Ariel Gustau made a huge save. After 89 minutes, Luis Navarro made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Hungary's Fodor Daniel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hungary players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
