Omar Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Loco Malo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Spain's Omar Toledo got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Loco Malo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Toledo in the 14th minute of the match. Rigoberto Abarca kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Loco Malo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Merino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Omar Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Arquímedes Desira did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Gabriel Ascaso 27 minutes into the match. Loco Malo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adria Bielsa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Omar Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loco Malo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loco Malo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Toledo in the 33rd minute of play. Lu Bin Cheng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Gabriel Ascaso made a huge save. 34 minutes into the game, Lu Bin Cheng recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gabriel Ascaso. Lu Bin Cheng showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The audience was convinced that Omar Toledo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Loco Malo was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. After 39 minutes, Omar Toledo made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lagrima en Jarrita's Loco Malo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Omar Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Loco Malo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Aranda, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. When Enrique Rabellino fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spain's protests and gave Enrique Rabellino a yellow card for diving instead. Armando Lore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Ascaso having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arquímedes Desira made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Spain's goal looked a bit too open when Lu Bin Cheng came free, but Gabriel Ascaso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lagrima en Jarrita made a substitution. Aristide Ştefănoiu replaced Arquímedes Desira. 62 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Toledo came free, but Loco Malo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Spain were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Lagrima en Jarrita's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Omar Toledo took the corner. In the 78th minute Lagrima en Jarrita were awarded a corner. Marcial Veremundo went to the cornerflag to take it. After some careless play in the Spain defense, Aristide Ştefănoiu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Ascaso. The Spain fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Ascaso should have stopped the shot. Loco Malo made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Carles Cherro sent off a good shot on target. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Isaio in the 86th minute of play. In the 88thth minute of the game Carles Cherro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lagrima en Jarrita's Loco Malo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner led to Spain's Pau Herrero getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Carles Cherro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
