An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Guga Simão got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jerônimo Pimenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Kvetoslav Janku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Resul Erdemalp succeeded in the game's 8th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guga Simão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Vavrinec Holub managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when América-SC F.C.'s Resul Erdemalp fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kvetoslav Janku charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kvetoslav Janku the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kvetoslav Janku to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Resul Erdemalp notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Daniel Vitek got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 22 minutes into the match, América-SC F.C.'s Altuğ Vakkasoğlu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 28th minute Resul Erdemalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vavrinec Holub didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucas Arce went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. If Elder Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vavrinec Holub didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when América-SC F.C.'s Resul Erdemalp shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After 37 played minutes América-SC F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Branco. Erik Jilek, 38 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 41st minute Resul Erdemalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Lucas Arce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vavrinec Holub was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Czech Republic from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

Lucas Arce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Resul Erdemalp in the 61st minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Resul Erdemalp in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vavrinec Holub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Resul Erdemalp in the 64th minute of play. América-SC F.C. made a substitution. Edson Faria replaced Guga Simão. After having played for 71 minutes, Edson Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. América-SC F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Edson Faria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of América-SC F.C. booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Vitek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabi Gol in the 78th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edson Faria in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vavrinec Holub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute Gabi Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gabi Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vavrinec Holub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabi Gol in the 93rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Czech Republic defense, Gabi Gol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the América-SC F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
