Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Claudiu Răducanu started the match with the kick off. Claudiu Răducanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 3 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Claudiu Răducanu came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svetomir Maier kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Lütfü Öktemer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. After 11 minutes MARAZZINO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of MARAZZINO booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Eikelkamp didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Netherlands defense, Claudiu Răducanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. The Netherlands fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnout Reekers should have stopped the shot. When MARAZZINO's Claudiu Răducanu in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Netherlands's goalie prevented a goal. In the 28th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lütfü Öktemer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Netherlands defense, Claudiu Răducanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. The Netherlands fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnout Reekers should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes into the match, MARAZZINO's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Lütfü Öktemer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudiu Răducanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute of the match MARAZZINO got a corner. Netherlands's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arman Miran ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Lütfü Öktemer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. Claudiu Răducanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Răducanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by MARAZZINO's Ball Pitt. But to his dismay, Ball Pitt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 71st minute of play forced MARAZZINO's goalkeeper Lütfü Öktemer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kees Mooiweer made in the 81st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Lars Meesters. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudiu Răducanu in the 83rd minute of play. Lütfü Öktemer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer got a free kick in the 91st minute. Claudiu Răducanu scored 6-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. MARAZZINO were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Netherlands for a fine match.
