Betão Camargo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Betão Camargo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Betão Camargo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Betão Camargo came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Velester Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Betão Camargo couldn't finish the play. A throw-in in the 16th minute of the game was made by Dalimil Charvat with Alan Rezek as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Dumitru Velicu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vavrinec Holub read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Dumitru Velicu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Vavrinec Holub made a huge save. When Betão Camargo came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Velester Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Betão Camargo couldn't finish the play. After having played for 27 minutes Alvise Ferraresi got an excellent opportunity and fired away a shot on goal, but Vavrinec Holub was perfectly placed and executed a great save. Through a series of nice moves, Velester Football Club's Alvise Ferraresi on his own came free in the 27th minute of the match and shot 1-0 behind a disappointed Vavrinec Holub. 31 minutes into the match, Velester Football Club's Dumitru Velicu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vavrinec Holub narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Dalimil Charvat got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Czech Republic's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dumitru Velicu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dumitru Velicu in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vavrinec Holub saved Czech Republic from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Velester Football Club's Dumitru Velicu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vavrinec Holub. That made the score 2-0 after 40 minutes of play. 44 minutes into the game, Dumitru Velicu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vavrinec Holub. Dumitru Velicu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

52 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Dumitru Velicu came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vavrinec Holub didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dumitru Velicu went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Czech Republic's Alan Rezek got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dumitru Velicu in the 59th minute of the match. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dumitru Velicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Dumitru Velicu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Velester Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Dumitru Velicu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vavrinec Holub breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Velester Football Club made a substitution. Concetto Mascitti replaced Alvise Ferraresi. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Rullo in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, Dumitru Velicu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Vavrinec Holub was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Dumitru Velicu came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Velester Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dumitru Velicu couldn't finish the play. Vavrinec Holub didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dumitru Velicu went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. When Dumitru Velicu came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Velester Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dumitru Velicu couldn't finish the play. In the 78thth minute of the game Dumitru Velicu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Dumitru Velicu notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 84 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Rullo came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91stth minute of the game Dumitru Velicu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dumitru Velicu in the 94th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Velester Football Club's Dumitru Velicu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vavrinec Holub made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Velester Football Club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
