The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With an all-out effort, Rega Merida CF's Mai Yao Yao threw himself towards the right post 2 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wasyl Dziurowicz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Fracasados's Mai Yao Yao got control of the ball when Nistor Sârban tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rega Merida CF's Kajetan Winograd was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mai Yao Yao in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 11th minute Nistor Sârban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mai Yao Yao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Cemal Palabıyık got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nistor Sârban succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 16th playminute. Mai Yao Yao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nistor Sârban, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Fracasados's Mai Yao Yao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nistor Sârban in the 22nd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's Nistor Sârban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mai Yao Yao narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After taking down the ball on Rega Merida CF's corner Filcho Dzhagarov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mai Yao Yao quite easily take care of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Fracasados's Javier Beti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Konstanty Wawro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nistor Sârban in the 32nd minute of play forced Fracasados's goalkeeper Mai Yao Yao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Javier Beti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nistor Sârban in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mai Yao Yao saved Fracasados from getting behind. 38 minutes into the match, Nistor Sârban had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mai Yao Yao. Fracasados's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nistor Sârban was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Cecilio Cordarius kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Mai Yao Yao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nistor Sârban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, Fracasados's goalkeeper Mai Yao Yao had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nistor Sârban.

When Rega Merida CF's Nistor Sârban in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fracasados's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Nistor Sârban's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mai Yao Yao was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 54thth minute of the game Nistor Sârban who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fracasados's Mai Yao Yao was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nistor Sârban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mai Yao Yao read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Cemal Palabıyık got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mai Yao Yao quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rainier Gregoire got free with Konstanty Wawro in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 66 minutes of play, Rega Merida CF's Nistor Sârban made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mai Yao Yao was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rega Merida CF made a substitution. Karol Swiderski replaced Wasyl Dziurowicz. Mai Yao Yao came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Rega Merida CF's Nistor Sârban. But to his dismay, Nistor Sârban quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 75th minute, Nistor Sârban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rega Merida CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Nistor Sârban might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mai Yao Yao. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nistor Sârban ran back to his position shaking his head. 79 minutes into the match, Fracasados's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Sârban came free, but Mai Yao Yao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Yaroslav Svitlychnyi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Rega Merida CF's Konstanty Wawro got control of the ball when Theagenis Papageorgiou tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Nistor Sârban made a precise shot to the right of Mai Yao Yao. Fracasados's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Rega Merida CF's Lech Matela managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Roman Urre in the 93 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nistor Sârban in the 93rd minute of play forced Fracasados's goalkeeper Mai Yao Yao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Nistor Sârban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rega Merida CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Nistor Sârban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mai Yao Yao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rega Merida CF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
