Angelino Castulo's late challenge caught a Rivermania FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelino Castulo helped the player get up and apologised. After 42 played minutes Berutti FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Castulo. Severino Hulberto made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Freddie Foley sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Lobo was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Berutti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Santxol came free, but Bruno Macario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Macario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacobo Santxol in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Berutti FC's goalkeeper Bruno Macario had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erasmo Lorencio. If Erasmo Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobo Santxol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ana Tatangelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Macario having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Freddie Foley notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Rivermania FC's Severino Hulberto. Severino Hulberto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
