After 10 minutes of play, TeaBags Liberec's Vladimír Brodský made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Khalid Kennedy was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anton Rubáš came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Khalid Kennedy could save by the left post. Vladimír Brodský could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Khalid Kennedy made a huge save. Anton Rubáš received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Khalid Kennedy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anton Rubáš did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Khalid Kennedy 18 minutes into the match. Anton Rubáš received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Khalid Kennedy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute Anton Rubáš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Přemysl Dusil in the 35th minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Přemysl Dusil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Khalid Kennedy was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kyle Cox to make the kick off. Khalid Kennedy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimír Brodský, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The supporters of England booed when TeaBags Liberec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amedeo Visintin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The TeaBags Liberec fans cheered their team off the field, for while England had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
