After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Ilie Dumitrescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Ilie Dumitrescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 20 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. Albin Holweck blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angelo Baciadonne having to make a save. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Ilie Dumitrescu sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. ABK Black Warriors73's Angelo Baciadonne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 33rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Virgil Stănoiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Virgil Stănoiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Baciadonne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Baciadonne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute Ilie Dumitrescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

A collision led to ABK Black Warriors73 getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Iustin Poalelungi hit a great ball. ABK Black Warriors73 made a substitution. Dé Čáp replaced Niculae Miclescu. After 56 played minutes ABK Black Warriors73 got a freekick which was hit by Iustin Poalelungi. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgil Stănoiu in the 60th minute of play. When ABK Black Warriors73's Ilie Dumitrescu in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 96th minute, Virgil Stănoiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ABK Black Warriors73 had won after a very even match.
