FC Kurdish Warriors's Wictor Hagström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Cox in the 2nd minute of play. England were awarded a corner in the 3th minute after FC Kurdish Warriors's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Micah Macdonald took the corner. The corner ended in Micah Macdonald almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Kurdish Warriors's Wictor Hagström did a great save. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Micah Macdonald managed to get in a good position for a shot. England's supporters rose to their feet, but Micah Macdonald was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wictor Hagström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of FC Kurdish Warriors booed when England was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kyle Cox didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th match minute, FC Kurdish Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aron Söderström to maneuver through the defense. If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kyle Cox received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Wictor Hagström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, FC Kurdish Warriors's Niclas Hjälm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Khalid Kennedy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Wictor Hagström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kyle Cox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wictor Hagström having to interfere. Wictor Hagström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kyle Cox's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. England's Issac Dawson got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wictor Hagström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Cox in the 41st minute of play. Wictor Hagström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kyle Cox went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Kyle Cox put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Wictor Hagström. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kyle Cox stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes FC Kurdish Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Fritz Myhr. Kyle Cox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 62 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Gallagher. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyle Cox in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wictor Hagström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kyle Cox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wictor Hagström having to interfere. Micah Macdonald came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Wictor Hagström could save by the left post. Wictor Hagström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When England's Kyle Cox in 79 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Wictor Hagström guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Kyle Cox might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wictor Hagström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kyle Cox ran back to his position shaking his head. When Kyle Cox came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the England fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyle Cox couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Isac Christoffersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Kyle Cox kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wictor Hagström. That made the score 1-4 in the 86 minute of play. Wictor Hagström came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by England's Micah Macdonald. But to his dismay, Micah Macdonald quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. The FC Kurdish Warriors fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. England were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
