In the 38th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aírton de Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lu Ladron in the 39th minute. Major Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aírton de Lima having to make a save. After 42 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Hegedus Henrik. After a defensive mix-up in Motta Futebol Clube's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aírton de Lima came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute, Lu Ladron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lu Ladron to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Artur Sabóia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Motta Futebol Clube's Aírton de Lima got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Lu Ladron notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hungary's Fodor Daniel.
