Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emil Berntzen started the match with the kick off. Theo Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 6th minute of play. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Berntzen in the 7th minute of the match. After 9 minutes of play, Λstral Villains FC's Emil Berntzen made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Cavalcante. Felipe Barreto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Theo Machado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Ahmad Okhumeode Krychowiak hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute Portugal were awarded a corner. Felipe Barreto went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Portugal's Felipe Barreto to fire away a dangerous shot which Theo Machado despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Theo Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theo Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Berntzen came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jefferson de Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Portugal booed when Λstral Villains FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peder Solevåg didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viriato Moura in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Theo Machado saved Λstral Villains FC from getting behind. Theo Machado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Barreto's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. After 45 minutes, Felipe Barreto made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Λstral Villains FC's Theo Machado tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 47th minute of play forced Λstral Villains FC's goalkeeper Theo Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Portugal were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Λstral Villains FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Felipe Barreto took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Faustino Almeida heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Viriato Moura made the kick off in the second half. Graciano Coutinho hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Theo Machado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Felipe Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Theo Machado made a huge save. Theo Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Berntzen came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Berntzen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Lars Holand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustino Almeida made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Λstral Villains FC's Peder Solevåg. Graciano Coutinho hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the game, Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Theo Machado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Portugal had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
