Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The Globo Red's Caco Moura started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Albin Holweck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramon Wright breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Wright having to interfere. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caco Moura's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Caco Moura came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramiro Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Caco Moura sent off a good shot on target. Caco Moura received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Caco Moura slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, The Globo Red's Caco Moura sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Globo Red's Will Budden managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Willy Stieler in the 35 minute of the game. In the 46th match minute, The Globo Red was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominik Webb to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The Globo Red made a substitution. Jon Downes replaced Thomas Case. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Globo Red's Ramon Wright played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 57th minute of play. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by The Globo Red's Caco Moura. But to his dismay, Caco Moura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, The Globo Red's Will Budden got a free kick in the 70th minute. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caco Moura in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Will Budden threw the ball into play from the sideline. Germany's Willy Stieler quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When The Globo Red's Caco Moura in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Caco Moura sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ramon Wright tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chris Mergenthaler's late challenge caught a The Globo Red's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chris Mergenthaler helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. After 95 minutes, Albin Holweck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the The Globo Red players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. Kang Han Le charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kang Han Le the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kang Han Le kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Germany players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for The Globo Red.
