Custódio Teive showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nick Usel in the 3rd minute of the match. Toni Godinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Marcellus Baumann made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as U21 Angola's Toni Godinho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcellus Baumann. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. In the 16th minute Sune Sjöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Custódio Teive saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Halkus Valkus BK's goal looked a bit too open when Toni Godinho came free, but Marcellus Baumann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Toni Godinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Marcellus Baumann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Toni Godinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The U21 Angola fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when U21 Angola's Carlos Caneças looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Carlos Caneças's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcellus Baumann was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Caneças in the 35th minute of play forced Halkus Valkus BK's goalkeeper Marcellus Baumann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcellus Baumann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toni Godinho in the 39th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Halkus Valkus BK's zone, Toni Godinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcellus Baumann came out of the goal and Toni Godinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Caneças stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Toni Godinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. U21 Angola's supporters rose to their feet, but Toni Godinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcellus Baumann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amanda Ilestedt during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Toni Godinho struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Marcellus Baumann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U21 Angola. Klas Fransson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The U21 Angola fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when U21 Angola's Carlos Caneças looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 72 minutes into the match, Ovidiu Spirea notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of U21 Angola's Custódio Teive. Custódio Teive was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Halkus Valkus BK made a substitution. Lütfullah Tan replaced Ovidiu Spirea. In the 79thth minute of the game Toni Godinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Halkus Valkus BK's Marcellus Baumann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sune Sjöberg hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 81st match minute, U21 Angola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Pegacho to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute Toni Godinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcellus Baumann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. U21 Angola's Custódio Teive played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Tantholt in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The U21 Angola fans cheered their team off the field, for while Halkus Valkus BK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
