Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Almir Miranda. Mitnarotov FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chris Nygaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Almir Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikkel Wulff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mikkel Wulff scored 0-3 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Almir Miranda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Usain Bolt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Chris Nygaard sped through Mitnarotov FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Almir Miranda. 0-5 became the score in the 39th minute when Chris Nygaard elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 1-5 became the score in the 42nd minute when Usain Bolt elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lars Steen during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lars Steen kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Denmark were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chris Nygaard to strike the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Lars Steen. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Usain Bolt in the 53rd minute of play. Almir Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olav Graversen in the 63rd minute of the match. Christiano Valladares made in the 64th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Usain Bolt immediately put the ball in play. A hard shot 67 in the game by Chris Nygaard from a close distance when the talented Almir Miranda managed to make a qualified save. Mitnarotov FC's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 73rd minute of play forced Mitnarotov FC's goalkeeper Almir Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Mikkel Wulff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Almir Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulysses de Moraes's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulysses de Moraes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th match minute, Mitnarotov FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulysses de Moraes to maneuver through the defense. Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mitnarotov FC's Almir Miranda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Mitnarotov FC from getting a goal against them. Mitnarotov FC's Usain Bolt got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Mitnarotov FC's Germano Siqueira got a free kick in the 83rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Almir Miranda saved Mitnarotov FC from getting behind. Almir Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikkel Wulff, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Almir Miranda didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 92nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-6. In the 95th minute, Germano Siqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
