MERT FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Orhan Kutulmuş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bohumir Kohout during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vavrinec Holub made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Daniel Stålberg sent off a good shot on target. Günay Doğanay made a great header on MERT FC's corner, it was just that Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub managed to reach the ball for a save. MERT FC's Dursun Ekinci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Rezek in the 12th minute of play. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naci Kaynak in the 16th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, MERT FC's Ahmet Orhan Kutulmuş nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The crowd rose to their feet as MERT FC's Naci Kaynak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vavrinec Holub. That made the score 2-0 after 26 minutes of play. After a long run with the ball, Günay Doğanay did a trick in the 53rd minute in front of Czech Republic's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 6-0. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naci Kaynak, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Vavrinec Holub didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Stålberg went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vavrinec Holub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 63 minutes, Valdemar Turecek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Czech Republic and the MERT FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Turecek. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. David Rusil hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Daniel Stålberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vavrinec Holub was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. David Rusil charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Rusil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of MERT FC booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Rusil didn't get a good kick on the ball.
