The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pablo Aimar during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pablo Aimar kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Ariel Gustau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koronis Corona, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Roald Ahland took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Killian Armada. HuaHin City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to HuaHin City getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Heriberto Haedo hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Rasul Ilias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Killian Armada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Aimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Killian Armada made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Paradela in the 54th minute. Kometh Lapangyawit hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After having played for 66 minutes, Koronis Corona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HuaHin City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Koronis Corona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute Koronis Corona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Gustau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heriberto Haedo in the 75th minute of play forced Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Ariel Gustau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Legio X Eqvestris's goal looked a bit too open when Koronis Corona came free, but Ariel Gustau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 played minutes Legio X Eqvestris got a freekick which was hit by Generoso Emenon. Killian Armada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roald Ahland in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heriberto Haedo in the 86th minute of play forced Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Ariel Gustau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Legio X Eqvestris's goal looked a bit too open when Koronis Corona came free, but Ariel Gustau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Legio X Eqvestris could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than HuaHin City throughout the match.
