Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Sandro Galishoff started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Behzat Özal fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's protests and gave Behzat Özal a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's Behzat Özal got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 4th match minute, MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esat Yaşanur to maneuver through the defense. Marc Kronecker kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. If Cemil Açıkel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabio Schneider blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ardahan Hekimbaşı having to make a save. Fabio Schneider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kamer Özkayas short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Fabio Auer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fabio Auer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kamer Özkaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kamer Özkaya made a kick off. After 55 minutes of play, Austria's Fabio Schneider made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ardahan Hekimbaşı was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Jonas Nalder came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Austria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Nalder couldn't finish the play. Fabio Auer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kubilay Hasret, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Hulki Akçiçek charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hulki Akçiçek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fabio Auer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kubilay Hasret in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Kamer Özkaya left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 84 minutes into the match, Austria's goal looked a bit too open when Kamer Özkaya came free, but Fabio Auer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Austria's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sandro Galishoff in the 90th minute. Sandro Galishoff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ardahan Hekimbaşı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Auer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kubilay Hasret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Austria's performance. The match ended with a win for Austria.
