The shot was a little too simple and Bengt-Arne Askstedt could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edwin Grabert in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Nastasio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Edwin Grabert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Savage Hippo's supporters rose to their feet, but Edwin Grabert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Nastasio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 7 minutes into the game, Edwin Grabert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ivan Nastasio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Fortinducto's Adolfo Abeita got a free kick in the 9th minute. Ivan Nastasio came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Savage Hippo's Edwin Grabert. But to his dismay, Edwin Grabert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 22nd match minute, Fortinducto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervasio Playo to maneuver through the defense. Fortinducto's Ivan Nastasio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Grabert in the 24th minute of play. Ivan Nastasio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edwin Grabert, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 32nd minute, Edwin Grabert made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Nastasio. Fortinducto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Guaberto Claude might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bengt-Arne Askstedt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guaberto Claude ran back to his position shaking his head. 35 minutes into the match, Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guaberto Claude. Edwin Grabert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ivan Nastasio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliciano Fidensio charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Feliciano Fidensio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Fortinducto getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Feliciano Fidensio hit a great ball. With a little luck, Savage Hippo's Bengt-Arne Askstedt got control of the ball when Emrullah Erengüç tried to sneak it across the goal line.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guaberto Claude made a kick off. If Guaberto Claude had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56 minutes of play, Savage Hippo's Edwin Grabert made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Nastasio was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Edwin Grabert came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Savage Hippo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edwin Grabert couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the game, Savage Hippo's Edwin Grabert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Nastasio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 68th minute Guaberto Claude shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Arne Askstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emrullah Erengüç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edwin Grabert might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Nastasio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edwin Grabert ran back to his position shaking his head. Ivan Nastasio made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Edwin Grabert sent off a good shot on target. After 80 minutes, Guaberto Claude mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fortinducto and the Savage Hippo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Guaberto Claude kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Edwin Grabert put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Ivan Nastasio. Bengt-Arne Askstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Claude, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Edwin Grabert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Savage Hippo booed when Fortinducto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Playo didn't get a good kick on the ball.
