After 35 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Necdet Razi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fodor Daniel was a little too slow when Fang Bin Tian got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 3-1. Anacleto Jaume hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ding 曹操 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Swansea University F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Takacs Tibor managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 77th match minute, Swansea University F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Jaume to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 79 minutes, André Luiz Meireles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Swansea University F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but André Luiz Meireles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boros Benedek during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
