Desiderio Oliveiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as DOROSTOL Ss's Desiderio Oliveiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wilson Amorim. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. DOROSTOL Ss's Aimé Rispal shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 15th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Wilson Amorim but with some difficulty. In the 18th minute Daniel Pimentel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Rivero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Pimentel in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leopoldo Rivero saved DOROSTOL Ss from getting behind. In the 20th minute, Caetano Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Felipe Barreto hit a great ball. Leopoldo Rivero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute Toshko Strezov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cafu Fonseca got free with Wilson Amorim in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to DOROSTOL Ss getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Tymoteusz Puchacz hit a great ball. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Oliveiro in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Felipe Barreto in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leopoldo Rivero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. DOROSTOL Ss were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Portugal's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aimé Rispal took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Aimé Rispal got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilson Amorim quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 73 minutes into the game, Portugal's Daniel Pimentel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leopoldo Rivero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Tymoteusz Puchacz kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolomeu Dias in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leopoldo Rivero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Oliveiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Tymoteusz Puchacz in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Portugal's Daniel Pimentel. Portugal were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after DOROSTOL Ss's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Pimentel took the corner. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
