Behram Sayyad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 9 minutes into the game, FC Hamodi's Felix Brander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Behram Sayyad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 11th match minute, FC Hamodi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erling Hjortberg to maneuver through the defense. Behram Sayyad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erling Brandt, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. A collision led to Gala1905 getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Zekeriya Denizcan hit a great ball. When Zekeriya Denizcan fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gala1905's protests and gave Zekeriya Denizcan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Hamodi booed when Gala1905 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zekeriya Denizcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Behram Sayyad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ola Bergström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferhan Başeskioğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ingemar Klint having to make a save.
