In the 5th minute of the match Platingucu SK got a corner. Gala1905's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bekir Dağhan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Necmettin Şakir hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Gala1905's goal looked a bit too open when Baran Bilge Ergunalp came free, but Behram Sayyad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Zekeriya Denizcan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Zikri Erincer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 21 minutes of play, Platingucu SK's Baran Bilge Ergunalp made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Behram Sayyad was left in no man's land by his defense there! Behram Sayyad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baran Bilge Ergunalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gala1905's zone, Baran Bilge Ergunalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Behram Sayyad came out of the goal and Baran Bilge Ergunalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gala1905's Behram Sayyad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Gala1905 from getting a goal against them. Ferhan Başeskioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zikri Erincer having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Platingucu SK's Lemi Kanat got a free kick in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baran Bilge Ergunalp to make the kick off. Tuncer Polatalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Behram Sayyad having to interfere. Behram Sayyad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baran Bilge Ergunalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Gala1905's Behram Sayyad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baran Bilge Ergunalp in the 65th minute of play. Tuncer Polatalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Behram Sayyad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th match minute, Gala1905 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Necdet Üstüner to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th match minute, Platingucu SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bekir Dağhan to maneuver through the defense. If Tuncer Polatalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Behram Sayyad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuncer Polatalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Platingucu SK reached it. 79 minutes into the match, Gala1905's goal looked a bit too open when Ekber Çubukcu came free, but Behram Sayyad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Gala1905 booed when Platingucu SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuncer Polatalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baran Bilge Ergunalp struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Behram Sayyad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Platingucu SK. Behram Sayyad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baran Bilge Ergunalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the game, Platingucu SK's Baran Bilge Ergunalp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Behram Sayyad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Baran Bilge Ergunalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Behram Sayyad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Platingucu SK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
