Marcos Joseph made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Fernando Morientes sent off a good shot on target. 3 minutes into the match, KS Górnik Wieliczka's goalkeeper Marcos Joseph had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabian Czeszejko. Fabian Czeszejkos short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Marcos Joseph to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 9 minutes into the game, Fabian Czeszejko lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Marcos Joseph. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by KS Górnik Wieliczka's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fernando Morientes was slow to take the kick. During this time Olimpia HSB's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of KS Górnik Wieliczka's goalie and right to Calito Izquierdoz. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. KS Górnik Wieliczka's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Calito Izquierdoz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Marcos Joseph made a huge save. In the 16th minute, Panait Maxim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Joseph came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Olimpia HSB's Fabian Czeszejko. But to his dismay, Fabian Czeszejko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Czeszejko in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Joseph saved KS Górnik Wieliczka from getting behind. In the 31st minute, Fabian Czeszejko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olimpia HSB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Fabian Czeszejko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Joseph having to make a save. Marcos Joseph showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Czeszejko in the 35th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Czeszejko in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Joseph saved KS Górnik Wieliczka from getting behind. The supporters of Olimpia HSB booed when KS Górnik Wieliczka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Pelsø didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match, Fabian Czeszejko tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcos Joseph saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 44 minutes into the game, Fabian Czeszejko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Joseph. Fabian Czeszejko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabian Czeszejko made a kick off. The corner went over the outstretched arms of KS Górnik Wieliczka's goalie and right to Nikola Mirotić. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Roch Budarz kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. KS Górnik Wieliczka's Marcos Joseph played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Czeszejko in the 55th minute of play. Fabian Czeszejko took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Joseph. Marcos Joseph dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. KS Górnik Wieliczka made a substitution. Zbigniew Wielopolski replaced Jurand Kojder. In the 60th minute, Panait Maxim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 63rd play minutes Fabian Czeszejko shot 8-0, a short shot which went by Marcos Joseph and just under the crossbar into goal. Fabian Czeszejko took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Joseph. Marcos Joseph dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. 72 minutes into the match, KS Górnik Wieliczka's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Czeszejko came free, but Marcos Joseph reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Fabian Czeszejko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olimpia HSB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Olimpia HSB's Zbyszko Skorny was substituted for Artur Walczak. Olimpia HSB made a substitution. Jacek Pietrowiak replaced Fabian Czeszejko. Jacek Pietrowiak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacek Pietrowiak scored 11-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Joseph, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Jacek Pietrowiak notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of KS Górnik Wieliczka's Marcos Joseph. Marcos Joseph was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute, Jacek Pietrowiak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Joseph was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. Marcos Joseph took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikola Mirotić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olimpia HSB's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
