In the 7th minute, Wladyslaw Japola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 9 minutes of play, ACF Gigliati's Wieslaw Lichucki made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ingemar Klint was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jens-Ola Bergström in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliks Szkarpiak saved ACF Gigliati from getting behind. 13 minutes into the match, ACF Gigliati's goal looked a bit too open when Erling Brandt came free, but Feliks Szkarpiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wieslaw Lichucki succeeded in the game's 16th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Ingemar Klint made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Lichucki in the 19th minute of play. FC Hamodi's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Wieslaw Lichucki 24 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. After 31 played minutes, FC Hamodi's Jens-Ola Bergström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Feliks Szkarpiak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Hamodi reached it. In the 33rd minute, Edgar Ambjörnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC Hamodi getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Allan Stensson hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

FC Hamodi's Ulf Eriksson was substituted for Felix Brander. Wieslaw Lichucki's late challenge caught a FC Hamodi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wieslaw Lichucki helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes ACF Gigliati got a freekick which was hit by Wieslaw Lichucki. With his leg Feliks Szkarpiak managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when FC Hamodi's Edgar Ambjörnsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Karol Kaczorowski struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Ingemar Klint didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ACF Gigliati. With a little luck, ACF Gigliati's Feliks Szkarpiak got control of the ball when Edgar Ambjörnsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, ACF Gigliati's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Koch came free, but Feliks Szkarpiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, FC Hamodi's goal looked a bit too open when Wieslaw Lichucki came free, but Ingemar Klint reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Ambjörnsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Feliks Szkarpiak made a huge save. FC Hamodi were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after ACF Gigliati's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eric Bergstedt took the corner. 74 minutes into the match, ACF Gigliati's goalkeeper Feliks Szkarpiak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sjöman. After a defensive mix-up in ACF Gigliati's zone, Erling Brandt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliks Szkarpiak came out of the goal and Erling Brandt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ACF Gigliati's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Folke Koch scored to the left of an out of position Feliks Szkarpiak, making the score, 4-1. In the 81st minute, Wieslaw Lichucki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ACF Gigliati fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Ingemar Klint came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by ACF Gigliati's Napoleon Pionek. But to his dismay, Napoleon Pionek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. In the 93rd minute, Erling Brandt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feliks Szkarpiak was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. FC Hamodi's Ingemar Klint played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wieslaw Lichucki in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ACF Gigliati fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Hamodi had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
