After a rather tough play, Denmark's Simon Bendtsen got a free kick in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Cristian Pârlea managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Truseni's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Pârlea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Pârlea in the 26th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anibal Aritza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the match, Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihail Postolache. Bertram Svenningsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chris Nygaard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anibal Aritza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 53rd minute of the match. Despite this Anibal Aritza quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Pârlea in the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Aritza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bjarne Kirkegaard hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, Mihail Postolache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Keld Paulsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0.
